The title gives a hint of the songs' thematic exploration: Love, pain and melancholy were set to music in good old Gothic Rock style. This album goes back to the musical roots of the band, which has existed since 1988. A return to melodies and atmospheres that one would not expect after the releases of the last few years - sometimes powerful and rousing, sometimes quiet and dark.

New wave of Gothic Rock at it's finest. This band has top level talent from well renowned acts involved so wasn't the least bit surprised upon hearing the opening track. If you miss late 80's to mid 90's gothic rock bands, I can't recommend this one enough. m4rkos1334
