It has been 17 years since the last song was written and published by Ghosting. Due to numerous requests via social media, Sascha decided to get a little bit back into music making. As a result, he wrote two new songs and re-recorded two old ones, compiling all four together into a digitally released E.P. called "The Flanders E.P.".

The songs contain Sascha's typical compositional techniques, which he has applied and refined over three decades: strong emphasis on synthesizers and beats, all presented together with classical instruments. As always, Ghosting's music cannot be clearly associated with any style except the genre "Somehow Dark". Therefore Sascha is very happy to have revived the cooperation with the label group "Dark Dimensions".

Whether there will be more new ghosting songs or even public appearances is unclear. Sascha rather understands it as a " well-ordered farewell" after the band has already had two " unorderly" farewells.
